The Author

Lars Westin (b 1953) is a journalist, Editor of OJ (Orkester Journalen, the World's oldest jazz magazine, founded in 1933), active in radio and other media, and a member of the Swedish Jazz History Group (GSJ). He is also the producer of around 250 jazz records, reissues as well as new recordings, most of which have been published by Dragon Records (founded 1975) which he runs together with Leif Collin.
